found a few options that worked on one of these, I have two with the same problem.
First I tried this:
1.Go to the settings on the Sandisk MP3 player.
2. Go into the USB menu.
3. Tick the MSC option.
Now plug the MP3 player back into your usb port and you will now be able to see the music files!
That Cleared the issue one time, on one player.
To delete the files, I needed to go into my mp3 itself.
1.) Go into the player, and go to the settings.
2.) Find where it says to reset the settings to default.
3.) Reset them and plug the player back into the computer.
4.) Search for the Music folder and the songs should show up.
Going to try it now on the profile for that MP3 player.
